Began the day with a stroll through the local markets. The flowers were beautiful and I was particularly taken by the roses with blue gum.
The wrinkly tomatoes and white asparagus were cool too.
We stopped for a little morning tea on the way to Musee Roudin.
Invalides - looks really spectacular with bright blue sky behind.
Roudin's 'The Kiss' (the one you've probably heard of).
One of Roudin's many smaller kisses.
Hmmmm - I thought it was bigger than this...
Aaagggghhhh - that's more like it.
Gregoir Dubois in Roudin's jardin.
Another good looking guy in the jardin.
Notre-Dame. (shopping bag contains new shoes for Elena - not me!)
Finishing our famous Berthillon incecreams from Ile St Louis.
Heading out of the Aus embassy apartment compound for dinner.
We stopped to watch the Tour-Eiffel light show for a while on the walk home.
